Life is better when you laugh!

I have always felt that humor is an important component in maintaining balance in our lives. It is a joy for me to share my humor with folks through writing, storytelling about life, stand-up comedy, and workshops. Satire has saved my sanity on more than one occasion.

I am a national humor/comedy writer and have appeared onstage for comedy shows, storytelling and events. I am a StorySLAM Champion for The Moth in Madison and Milwaukee.

Being born and raised in a small town in Northern Wisconsin and spending my elementary school years in a Catholic school, it has given me years of humorous writing, comedy and storytelling material.

Contact me to discuss bringing a workshop to your company or organization or find out where one is happening in your community. You can also book me to do comedy or storytelling for an event. (I will be available again in March 2026 for shows and events.)

Alice Pauser's book, NUNderwear

NUNderwear: Tales of Catholic school survival in the 1960’s

Parochial school in the 1960’s was a minefield. NUNderwear is a small, but mighty collection of satirical and sometimes poignant stories about my experiences, as I navigated my way through Catholic elementary school.
